These teachers take the time out to teach our children well and for that I'm greatful that we still have teachers like those around. “After a year at March with sons in first and fourth grades, we are generally happy with the experience we've had. The teachers are very involved in the process, and the boys are challenged by the work without being swamped. I suppose it's unreasonable to expect perfect teachers every year, but we did feel that our first grade teacher lacked some experience in dealing with energetic six-year-olds. The teacher seemed to fall back on discipline rather than more creative solutions. March puts a lot of emphasis on discipline, perhaps a bit too much for our taste. But the kids roll with it and there's a real school spirit to the place. This spirit includes parents, who participate in most of the aspects of the kids' education, which include sports, chorus, orchestra, and art. March was a good choice for us.”
