It is a small town built at the mouth of the Delaware and Lehigh rivers and has a population of just over 25,000. Allentown itself is home to the Philadelphia Phillies Major League Baseball, with most of the Pennsylvania area supporting the University of Pennsylvania and its football and basketball teams, as well as a number of minor league baseball teams.

W wrestlers at all levels take part in structured training sessions focused on strength training, conditioning and live wrestling, learn high-class technique and participate in a variety of wrestling events such as wrestling tournaments, wrestling camps and other events. The year ends with a K-1 program that is not available in any other city, so practicing is fun because there are no games. We have players who want to play after the game - school baseball or just play baseball, but there's no game.

Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center in Allentown is home to more than 1,000 athletes from across Pennsylvania. You learn and become a well-rounded player and continue to play for your team while practicing and participating in weekly games.
